  • Aluminum Furniture
    All-aluminum furniture refers to various household items (such as cabinets, wardrobes, bookshelves, bathroom cabinets, tables, and chairs) primarily made from aluminum alloy through modern metalworking techniques. These products mainly use aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy (6-series aluminum alloy), which boasts high hardness and excellent toughness, making it ideal for load-bearing structures. To mimic the substantial feel of wood, the profiles are typically filled with aluminum honeycomb (lightweight and high-strength) or polyurethane/PVC foam materials (to enhance sound insulation and tactile quality). Through surface treatments like wood grain thermal transfer, fluorocarbon spraying and brushed oxidation, these products can visually and tactilely closely replicate solid wood, stone or even leather textures, achieving a highly realistic effect.
  • Aluminum Profile Extrusion Die
